hopes and myths, these products you see online are primarily all coming from the
same source based in MN, and are priced the same regardless of retailer.

artwork approval (if any required). Special finishes require longer. Fabricated metal letters ship in three weeks after approvals.

Our three Types of Metal Letters Offered are
Cast, Flat Cut & Fabricated:
Cast Metal
Letters are generally 3/8" to 1/2" to 3/4" thick, depending
on Size & Font. Usually your Best Value. This is the most common method.
Flat Cut Metal Letters
are best
advised when Cast fonts won't suit your application−are
offered from 1/8" to 1" thick (depending on material).
Fabricated Metal Letters are the optimum choice when depth of the letters is significant. Letters can be as deep as
8" (height dependant).
CAST METAL SIGN LETTERSoffer
greater dimension than flat cut & are generally less expensive. Depths range from 1/4" to
1-1/2", depending on height &
letter style.
Most fonts available in all sizes & finishes. Can also be cast from molds
created for you only: Recommended for multiple
applications.

FLAT
CUT METAL LETTERS
are available in a variety of thicknesses and finishes.
Letters are fashioned by either Precision Routering or Water Jet Cutting,
using your preferred material & thickness. Materials offered: Aluminum, bronze, brass, copper & stainless steel.
Flat
Cut Metal Letters are preferred when no existing cast letter
fonts meet your needs. Ideal for replicating your logo without
incurring the expense of molding. Great for connected script: 30% premium.
FABRICATED
METAL LETTERSare best for those 1/2" thick &
above. We offer premium fabricated letters in aluminum, stainless &
titanium finish for maximum corrosion resistance & durability. Other
materials offered: Brass & Bronze.
Square corners & clean lines are great for deep letters. Can be: Natural
satin, mirror polished or painted with several standard & custom-matched
colors. Letters mount via studs inserted into nuts welded into hollow
backs. Other methods available.
