Our three Types of Metal Letters Offered are Cast, Flat Cut & Fabricated:

Cast Metal Letters are generally 3/8" to 1/2" to 3/4" thick, depending on Size & Font. Usually your Best Value. This is the most common method.	Flat Cut Metal Letters−best advised when Cast fonts won't suit your application−are offered from 1/8" to 1" thick (depending on material).	Fabricated Metal Letters are the optimum choice when the Depth of the letters is significant. Letters can be as deep as 8" (height dependant).

CAST METAL SIGN LETTERS offer greater dimension than flat cut & are generally less expensive. Depths range from 1/4" to 1-1/2", depending on height & letter style.

Most fonts available in all sizes & finishes. Can also be cast from molds created for you only: Recommended for multiple applications.
