Fabricated using 304 stainless alloy. Stroke must be at least 50% of depth. For example; 4" depth must have at least a 2" stroke. ("Stroke" is the width of any particular part of a letterstyle.)

For most letters, 22-gauge material provides the proper balance of strength and weight. Some larger ones require 20-gauge material to provide adequate strength. All fabricated letters are either buffed, stroked or painted per specification. Pricing is for CAPITAL LETTERS. Lower case is 90% of upper; punctuation: 33%. • Installation Templates: $4/letter.

Add To's to BASE price above: • Rounded SansSerif: 30% • Rounded Serifs: 10%. • Connected letters: 15%. • Script: 25%; size restrictions apply. • Custom Match Paint: $75. • Lexan Back: 25%. • Satin & Polished Finish: 25%. • Gold Plating: 40%. • Satin & Polished Titanium Finish: Multiply X 2.5. (Gold plating is obviously your best value.) Shipping is generally included. Letters over 18" incur additional costs.

Standard Mounting: Brackets are soldered on the inside to receive threaded studs. This
involves a welded strap joining the letter’s returns with a stud-welded boss to accept mounting studs centered in the strap. Bottom Stud: Add 10%. For Projected Mount with extension brackets, Free Standing Channel Mount, and Single or Double Back Bar Mount, add $17/letter.

Two basic types of letters: Serif-- letters with "the little thingies on the ends"--and SansSerif--those without "little thingies on the ends". ("Sans" means "Without".) Please see below for examples.
