POLISHED FINISHES require stud mounts. Minimum 4". Restrictions may apply on letters over 24".
 

  

Beveled Edge Treatments:
Polished Face/Polished Bevel: Double the Satin Finish price.
Satin Face/Polished Bevel: Double the Satin Finish price.
Satin Face/Blasted Bevel: Add 60% to the Satin Finish price.

NOTES:

  • MOST 1/8" THICK (4" height or greater) can be stud welded (1" studs are standard, longer studs available which require a standoff)- add 30% per letter, and must be stud welded to polish or anodize.

  • CONNECTED SCRIPTS available: ADD 30%.
  • INSTALLATION TEMPLATES: Add $2.50/letter.
  • *OVERSIZE: may ship via truck.
  • RETURN FINISH If the face is polished, the returns are sanded. All other finishes have bead blasted returns.
  • FRACTIONAL HEIGHTS are also available. Round up to the next highest size (i.e. 12 1/4" = 13").
  • CRATE CHARGE Add $50 Net per crate for letters or logos over 24"; larger orders may require multiple crates. 65lb. limit per crate.
  • BRASS ALLOYS: Flat Cut Brass letters use alloy C46400 Naval Brass which is comprised of 60% copper and 39.25% zinc and .75% tin - 0% LEAD
    MUNTZ ALLOYS: Muntz metal uses alloy C280 (nearly identical in appearance to brass) which is comprised of 60% copper and 40% zinc -     0% LEAD
