Flat Cut Metal Letters Pricing

Flat Cut Metal letters and logos are available in a wide variety of materials: Aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, and stainless steel. Computers paired with the latest graphics and software replicate your most complex ideas. Your letters and logos are then either precision routed with CNC machinery or water jet cut.

WaterJet cutting uses softened water pressurized to 45,000 psi forced through an .010 orifice at 3 times the speed of sound. This process allows for sharp inside corners, small letters and intricate detail.

Based on the material thickness and letter size, a 1/8" to 1/4" router bit will be used for Router Cut letters. Inside corners will have a slight radius. Flat Cut Metal Letters are available in any height specified. We offer Volume Discounts for large orders.

Drop shipping is via either UPS or FedEx Ground, and nominal costs depend on project. Add $50.00 Crating Charge for letters or logos over 24”. Larger orders may require multiple crates. Mounting templates add $.40 per inch per letter up to a maximum of $4.00 per letter. All cast and cut out letters under 3" with stud mounting will not have a stud location mounting pattern but will only include a free plot drawing.
