Formed Plastic Letters: Great Thickness,
Dimension & Value Using Standard Fonts
Flat Cut Acrylic Letters: Select a Thickness
from 1/8" to 3/4". Pick a Font or Use Your Own for No Extra Cost
Flat Cut Metal-Faced Acrylic Letters: Faces
Offered in Aluminum or Brass, Polished
or Satin
Mirror-Faced Letters: Faces Reflect as Red, Clear,
Purple or Gold
Basics:
Letters are slightly less in width than height.
Ballpark a line length: Identify letter cap height, then multiply X the
number of letters in your copy. Add one character for word spacing.
FORMED PLASTIC:Choose
from numerous standard pre-molded letterstyles & standard colors. Generally fonts are available in even-inch
increments
from 4” to 24"-36”. SHIP: Three-five working
days.
Custom Formed Plastic:
Mold Charge: $3.00/inch - flat face. $9.00/inch - round face. NOTE: Once
you've paid for the mold for any letter− say an "A"− later, you'll only
buy copies of that letter thereafter.
Custom Letters Themselves:
Price the letters or logo the same as posted pricesfor comparable letterstyle & size.
FLAT CUT ACRYLIC:The most flexible plastic
lettering option: No molds involved & few size limitations.
Computers paired with high-speed equipment cuts the most cost effective
customized sign letter in the industry. Letters are produced by either laser cutting
(creating polished edges) or routering.
A solid approach when you want to replicate your font or logo economically.
